Clothes & personal items

We'll gently move items on the floor or bed to a basket or nearby surface so we can clean underneath. We don't sort or fold.

Delicate or sentimental pieces

Have a fragile vase, antique, or heirloom? Let us know in advance and we'll simply skip it, no questions asked.

If you're not home

Share your entry details and how to lock up when we leave.

Pets at home

We love pets! Let us know anything that helps them feel comfortable. If they're shy or protective, a separate room is best.

Oven cleaning pro tip

For the best results, run the self-cleaning cycle 4 to 6 hours before we arrive.

Vacuum preference

Happy to use ours or yours. If yours is cordless, please leave it charging the night before.

Supplies & product preferences

We bring all necessary materials and products. If you have a preference for what we use, or would like us to use something of yours, please let us know in advance. Our team may not always be able to accommodate last-minute requests on site.

Deep Cleaning

Includes everything in Regular: reachable surfaces dusted, appliance and cabinet exteriors wiped, bathrooms detailed, floors vacuumed and mopped, and kitchen counters and sink refreshed. Note: Light furniture moving is only available when booked with a two-person team.

Baseboards, vents and blinds
Germ hotspots: switches, handles, remotes
Light furniture moved to clean underneath (chairs, side tables, small shelving units). Heavy pieces like sofas, beds, fridges & ovens are not moved to avoid floor damage.

Life happens. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll take care of it.

Changes within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
